Milton Ton Clofer Jr., a 49-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on June 11, 2014, in Laplace, Louisiana. Clofer was fatally shot in the head while in the 200 block of Joe Parquet Circle. When deputies from the St. John the Baptist Parish Sheriff’s Office arrived at the scene, they found Clofer unresponsive and pronounced him dead at the scene.
