Kevin Montell Albert, Jr., a 19-year-old African American male from Chattanooga, Tennessee, tragically lost his life on September 30, 2015. He was shot and killed on Missionary Ridge, Chattanooga, late on the night of September 29, 2015. Officers from the Chattanooga Police Department responded to a call about a person shot at 3100 Rosemont Drive and found Kevin Albert, Jr., with multiple gunshot wounds in the roadway.
