In the late hours of a Tuesday night in Chattanooga, Tennessee, the life of 19-year-old Kevin M. Albert Jr. was tragically cut short. On September 29, 2015, the young Black man was found with multiple gunshot wounds in a car on Rosemont Avenue. His death was ruled a homicide.
