On April 20, 2024, at approximately 11:45 a.m., Chattanooga Police Department (CPD) officers responded to a report of a deceased individual in the wooded area near 6800 Bonny Oaks Drive. Upon arrival, they discovered the body of 40-year-old Jonathan McClellan, who had suffered a fatal gunshot wound.
