Dorreke Dykes, a 26-year-old man from Waco, Texas, tragically died on July 4, 2020, following a shooting incident. The incident occurred at around 2:40 p.m. on 11th Street and Clay in Waco. According to police reports, Dykes was involved in an argument with another male, which escalated and led to shots being fired. Dykes was pronounced dead at the scene.
