Ravis Kennedy, a 46-year-old male, was tragically shot and killed in Waco, Texas, on the night of September 20, 2019. Officers responded to a call at around 7:30 PM in the 900 block of North 25th Street, where they found Kennedy dead in an apartment. He had been shot at least once in the chest.
