Matthew Mark Smith, a 27-year-old man from Keller, Texas, was killed on May 17, 2015, during a violent shootout between rival motorcycle clubs outside the Twin Peaks restaurant in Waco, Texas. Smith, who was a member of the Cossacks Motorcycle Club, died from gunshot wounds to the trunk. The incident involved members of the Bandidos Motorcycle Club and the Cossacks, along with other smaller clubs that were at the restaurant for a meeting.
