Aquarius Tyrone McPhaul, a 17-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on September 10, 2019, in Waco, Texas. McPhaul was a student at the McLennan County Challenge Academy and was well-loved by his family, friends, and community. His body was discovered near Oakwood Cemetery by a Baylor University employee.
