Timothy Danforth, a 39-year-old male from Waco, Texas, tragically passed away on June 25, 2021. He was shot in the head during an altercation at a barber shop located at 1623 Herring Ave. The incident occurred just after 9 a.m., and despite immediate efforts to perform CPR by the shooter and later by the arriving officers, Timothy succumbed to his injuries at Baylor Scott & White Hillcrest.

the police investigation. Investigators determined that the altercation began when the two men had a disagreement, leading the shop owner to display a firearm. Timothy was shot once during the altercation. As of now, no charges have been filed against the shooter, and the investigation is still ongoing.
