Sylvester Dixon, a 30-year-old man from Waco, Texas, tragically lost his life on February 11, 2021. Dixon was shot by his stepson, 17-year-old Judarius Degrate, during a domestic disturbance at their home. The incident occurred in the 1600 block of North 16th Street, where Dixon was found with a gunshot wound to his upper torso. Despite immediate medical attention, Dixon succumbed to his injuries at the hospital.
