Eric Lavelle Williams Jr., a 28-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on December 29, 2019, in Waco, Texas. The incident occurred at the Costa Esmerelda Apartments, where Williams was involved in an argument with two other men. During the altercation, Williams was shot and subsequently found lying in the parking lot of the apartment complex.
