On April 22, 2023, 50-year-old Wendell Lamont Mitchell passed away in Chattanooga, Tennessee. He was the son of the late Calvin Hayes, Jr. and Linda Gail Mitchell. Described as a quiet, loving man with a deep devotion to the Lord and his family, Wendell was educated in the Chattanooga Public School system.
