On June 20, 2017, Thomas Holder, a 20-year-old male, was found dead at Highland Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Chattanooga, TN. Holder, who was African American, was shot once in the head. His body was discovered alongside that of 17-year-old Rayshawn Underwood, who was shot multiple times. The case was determined to be gang-related.
