Quintez Bulloch, a 31-year-old African American man from Chattanooga, TN, was tragically shot and killed on July 30, 2020, on Lightfoot Mill Road. He was found suffering from a gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene by Hamilton County EMS. Chattanooga Police Department's Violent Crimes Bureau conducted an investigation into his death.
