Marty Samuel Atkins, a 52-year-old man from Nashville, Tennessee, tragically lost his life on October 3, 2021. He was walking home from a nearby party to his residence on Brick Church Pike when he was shot and killed in the early hours of the morning. The incident occurred in the 3500 block of Moorewood Drive, where residents reported hearing gunfire. A passerby discovered Atkins' body in the street and immediately contacted the authorities.
