On the evening of May 6, 2023, at approximately 7:30 p.m., 43-year-old Sedrick Lavar Yarbrough was fatally shot in downtown Nashville, Tennessee. The incident occurred in the 700 block of Representative John Lewis Way South, near the Greyhound bus station.
