In the fading daylight of a Wednesday evening in Nashville, Tennessee, the life of 38-year-old Samuel Lamont Smith-Williams, a male, came to a tragic and abrupt end. On February 24, 2021, gunshots shattered the evening quiet on 25th Avenue North, and when the ensuing investigation began, Smith-Williams was found dead, the victim of a fatal shooting.
