Richard Price, a 27-year-old male from Pittsburgh's Sheraden neighborhood, tragically died on August 1, 2018, in McKees Rocks, Pennsylvania. He was pronounced dead at Allegheny General Hospital after being shot in the chest at the Hays Manor Housing Complex. The incident occurred around 8:30 p.m., and Price was transported to the hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries about 45 minutes later.
