On an autumn afternoon in McKees Rocks, Pennsylvania, Brian Irby, a 35-year-old male, was fatally shot in the chest on October 7, 2021. The incident occurred around 4:30 p.m. on Fair Oaks Street. Emergency responders found Irby with a single gunshot wound and transported him to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead shortly after 5:15 p.m. His death was officially ruled a homicide.
