In the early hours of a Tuesday morning in June 2022, the life of 23-year-old Shaquan Cox, a Black / African American male, was tragically cut short in a burst of gunfire in McKees Rocks, Pennsylvania. The incident unfolded around 12:19 a.m. on the 800 block of Frank Street, a residential area that was soon to become a crime scene.
