George Booman Buchanan, a 27-year-old man from McKees Rocks, Pennsylvania, was tragically shot and killed on November 24, 2020. The incident occurred around 10:30 p.m. on the 900 block of Third Street. Buchanan suffered a gunshot wound to the hip and was taken to Allegheny General Hospital, where he later died around midnight. The Allegheny County homicide detectives took over the investigation, but as of now, no arrests have been made.
