Calvin Isaiah, a 24-year-old African American male from Erie, PA, tragically lost his life on August 30, 2018. He was fatally shot inside his apartment on East 26th Street, succumbing to a single gunshot wound to the trunk. Calvin was the son of Erie County Councilman Andre Horton and was well-known in his community for his outgoing personality and love for football.
