Casey Nadolny, a 25-year-old man from Titusville, PA, was fatally shot on March 23, 2021, in Millcreek Township, Erie, PA. Nadolny was shot five times inside a sport-utility vehicle by Regginal D. Welch III, also known as "Dollaz," a 21-year-old Erie resident. The shooting occurred after Nadolny and Welch, along with Welch's paramour Lexus M. Conner, had visited the Millcreek Mall. The prosecution described the case as a "love square" due to the complex relationships involved.
