Jose Arenas Jr., a 38-year-old man from Erie, Pennsylvania, tragically passed away on November 8, 2019. He was known for his endearing heart and sense of humor, and he was a loving father to his children, Ricardo, Emiliano, and Natalia. Arenas was helping a friend load tires into a car outside a residence on West 35th Street when he was fatally shot.
