Kwaeonte Carpenter, a 19-year-old woman from Pittsburgh, PA, tragically lost her life on January 27, 2021, following a shooting incident in the Hazelwood neighborhood. The incident occurred shortly after 8:30 p.m. when police received a ShotSpotter alert on Flowers Avenue.
