On the morning of December 16, 2021, at approximately 6:05 a.m., Philadelphia Police officers responded to a call on the 5200 block of North Marshall Street. Upon arrival, they were informed by fire department personnel that a burned body had been discovered in the rear alley while extinguishing a fire.
