Florence Tina Pompey, a 53-year-old woman from Philadelphia, PA, was tragically killed on May 28, 2017. She was affectionately known as "Miss Tina" and was a well-known and beloved figure in her Port Richmond neighborhood. Pompey lived with her 54-year-old brother, Raymond Finney, and both were found dead in their home on East Clearfield Street.
