In the early hours of an autumn morning in Philadelphia, 20-year-old Andrea Myers was fatally shot while sitting in a parked car in the Olney neighborhood on October 9, 2018. The incident was not a random act of violence but the tragic outcome of a misguided revenge plot. Myers, a white female, was not the intended target of the shooting.
