In the summer of 2025, a quiet Saturday evening on Latona Street in South Philadelphia was shattered by violence that would forever alter the lives of one family. Inside their home, 28-year-old Amira Harper, a mother of three, was shot and killed. The tranquility of the neighborhood was broken by the sounds of an argument, followed by a series of gunshots that emanated from the couple's kitchen.
