Valerie Jamison, a 25-year-old Black woman, was among the victims of Harrison Graham, a serial killer who operated in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, between 1986 and 1987. Graham, who lived in a crime-ridden neighborhood, turned his apartment into a drug den, luring women into his residence with narcotics before ultimately murdering them.
