On November 19, 2018, Yaleah Hall, a 17-year-old girl from Philadelphia, PA, was tragically shot and killed in a basement on Malcolm Street in Southwest Philadelphia. She was an innocent bystander caught in a violent incident that police believe was related to a drug deal. Alongside her, Tiyaniah Rakele Hopkins, a 20-year-old woman, was also killed. Both sisters were not involved in the drug deal and were simply in the wrong place at the wrong time.
