Birmingham police responded to the house in the 2200 block of Northland Avenue S.W. in the Powderly community at 1 a.m. Once on the scene, they found Williams and Hall both dead from gunshot wounds inside the residence.
Birmingham police Lt. Sean Edwards said both victims died from a single gunshot wound. They were found in the living room, and and pronounced dead on the scene at 1:46 a.m.
