Murdered

On October 23, 2015, 62-year-old Otis Tyrone Cook was fatally shot during an altercation with a neighbor at his residence on the 20 block of 4th Avenue Southwest in Birmingham, Alabama. The dispute arose when Cook's niece was playing in the neighbor's yard, leading to a confrontation that escalated into violence.
