On May 30, 2022, 16-year-old Andrea De Los Santos, a Hispanic female, was tragically killed in a quadruple shooting in Philadelphia, PA. The incident occurred around 1 a.m. on the 3000 block of East Tioga Street during a large-scale pop-up party known as a "boom party," where cars with massive speaker systems blast loud music. Investigators believe the shooting erupted at this event, which is often associated with increased crime.
