In the quiet neighborhood of West Oak Lane in Philadelphia, a tragedy unfolded within the walls of a home on the 1600 block of East Tulpehocken Street. On the morning of September 4, 2025, police were called to the residence for a report of an unresponsive person. Inside, they discovered 80-year-old Crystal Bell, a female, who had been fatally shot in the head. She was pronounced dead at the scene shortly after 7 a.m.
