Tyra Gould, a 40-year-old Black woman, was tragically shot and killed on December 1, 2021, in North Philadelphia. She was seated in a black Dodge on the 2400 block of West Diamond Street when she was shot multiple times. Despite being rushed to Temple University Hospital, she succumbed to her injuries shortly after arrival. The incident occurred around 1 p.m., and no weapon was recovered at the scene.
