August Dempsey, a 42-year-old woman of unspecified ethnicity, tragically lost her life on July 16, 2017, in Philadelphia, PA. She was fatally shot along with her boyfriend, Bob DePaul, 45, by their neighbor Kenneth Hoyle in the Frankford neighborhood. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 2 a.m., when Hoyle claimed he felt threatened by the couple.
