Olivia Moran, a 27-year-old woman from Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, was tragically found shot to death inside an abandoned building on the 2800 block of North Kip Street in Philadelphia's Kensington neighborhood on June 18, 2019. She was discovered by a police officer who was flagged down by a woman claiming someone had been shot inside the building.
