Stephen Hoston III, a 30-year-old man from Philadelphia, PA, was tragically shot and killed on March 15, 2022. He was walking with his girlfriend and three children, including a 6-month-old baby, near the intersection of Hawthorne and Harrison streets in the Frankford section of the city when a gunman opened fire. Hoston was shot multiple times in the face, neck, and chest, and despite being rushed to Temple University Hospital, he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
