In the early morning hours of a Sunday in Philadelphia's Mantua neighborhood, the life of Elizabeth Lewis, a 62-year-old female, was tragically cut short. On September 10, 2017, at approximately 3 a.m., the sound of gunfire pierced the quiet at the intersection of 40th and Aspen Streets. Responding to the alert, police officers arrived to a grim scene.
