Death by Force

On July 24, 2023, at approximately 6 p.m., 32-year-old Tina Arroyo was fatally shot while seated in her 2007 Honda Civic on the 500 block of East Loudon Street in Philadelphia's Feltonville neighborhood. She sustained multiple gunshot wounds to the face, neck, and chest, and was pronounced dead at the scene shortly thereafter.
