Death by Force

Eugenia Borda, a 90-year-old woman, was found dead on July 19, 1983, at the Kearsley Home, Christ Church Hospital in Philadelphia. Her death, initially suspected to be of natural causes, was later determined to be a homicide. Medical examinations revealed that she had been raped and strangled.
