Nisha Fortune-Wessels, a 31-year-old woman of African American ethnicity, tragically lost her life on November 16, 2019, in Philadelphia, PA. She was found unresponsive in her white Kia Sedan, parked in the lot across from Banana's 876 Bar and Lounge in the Olney section of Philadelphia. Medical personnel attempted to save her life, but she succumbed to her injuries, having been shot twice in her chest and stomach.
