On a cold December night in Philadelphia, a burst of gunfire shattered the stillness on the 700 block of Union Street in the Mantua section of the city. Inside a parked white Cadillac SUV, 53-year-old Kemo Vaughn and 28-year-old Tahira Wynn were ambushed.
