Desiree D. Shaffer, a 37-year-old woman from Philadelphia, PA, tragically lost her life on July 5, 2020. She was known for her vibrant personality and was affectionately referred to as "the cool aunt" by her niece Justine Greenwood. Desiree was shot multiple times in the mid-torso in the 1900 block of Clarence Street in Port Richmond, Philadelphia. She was taken to the hospital but was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
