On September 6, 1990, 30-year-old white female Michelle Dehner was found brutally murdered in her fourth-floor efficiency apartment on Arrott Street in the Frankford section of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She had been stabbed 23 times in the chest and stomach. There were no signs of forced entry, and no murder weapon was recovered at the scene or nearby.
