Marlita Ann Smith, a 68-year-old woman from Philadelphia, PA, tragically lost her life on June 16, 2019. She was fatally shot in the chest during a domestic dispute at her home in the Olney section of Philadelphia. The incident occurred just after 11 p.m. on June 16, 2019, when officers responded to a 911 call from the residence.
