Kaseem Anre Rogers, a 19-year-old Black male, tragically lost his life on December 3, 2018, in Philadelphia, PA. Rogers was fatally shot outside the G&R Mini Market in the Frankford neighborhood while standing with two other individuals. Gunmen in a vehicle opened fire on the group, striking Rogers multiple times.
