On a winter evening in Philadelphia, 33-year-old Jamie Lea Smith was inside a rowhome in the Mantua neighborhood when her life was tragically cut short. On January 30, 2024, gunfire erupted from outside the residence, with bullets piercing through the home. Smith was struck and fatally wounded.
