In the hallways of the Henry on the Park apartment complex in Philadelphia's Roxborough neighborhood, a visit with family turned into a scene of tragedy for 24-year-old Jamal Dean. It was the evening of Monday, February 21, 2022, and Dean, a resident of Upper Darby in Delaware County, was at the apartment complex on the 7900 block of Henry Avenue. An argument broke out, escalating with a terrifying finality.
