In the quiet neighborhood of Lawncrest, Philadelphia, a horrific scene shattered the peace on a Sunday afternoon in January. On January 19, 2014, 49-year-old Donna Muller, a White female, and her 22-year-old son, Richard, were found shot to death inside their family home on the 300 block of Stevens Street. The grim discovery was made by Donna's daughter, who returned home to find her mother and brother lifeless. Both had been shot in the head.
